It’s an ideal place where nostalgia meets flavor innovation, and every bite tells a story crafted with care.
A great location with stellar interior, truly stunning, and staff that wait on you with meticulous care. The food is decent to good so it was odd that on a busy evening on Friday we were one of only three parties seated, especially considering that most other restaurants in Princeton have long waits. The problem is the price of food I think. An omlette shouldn't be $18. It's your basic long menu that Jersey diner's are famous for but without the decent prices. The decor looks like a high end restaurant, I think things are a little mixed up. If they assesed this, and re-launched, the shell of greatness is there.
Cute diner that has an extensive menu. The drinks, cappuccino and chai latte, were just ok. The chicken that comes with the chicken and waffle were fantastic! Great spice and crunch. The waffle was quite soft and a bit soggy even though I requested it to be well done/dark. The eggs Benedict was standard. The French toast was well done. I would come back for a quick brunch.
Wonderful food and service!! The Mexican breakfast and chai latte are particularly delicious. I come here somewhat often and would definitely recommend checking it out!
Stopped by the Nassau Diner for breakfast while visiting Princeton. The food was tasty and freshly made, and the service was decent. The diner has that classic, comfortable vibe that fits perfectly in such a beautiful town. A nice spot to start the day!
Food and ambience is so great, Brandon our waiter was even greater! Lovely food, plenty of delicious options, ambience and decor is classic ‘50s Americana diner-cute. Brandon our waiter (who apparently is new, wow, couldnt tell, great job!) made the experience a perfect 5 stars with their kindness and consideration. Thanks for all! I got the Hotel California Burger and a matzoh ball soup. Yum! Just what I needed ~
Very clean and cute diner/restaurant. Light colors in interior design, spacious layout and comfortable seating. Service - attentive and friendly. The only thing - the food was average for the price. My Eggs Benedict were overcooked to my taste and potatoes pretty dry. But great location in the middle of Princeton, walkable, parking available (but we did come at the opening on Saturday and by the time we were leaving, there was no available parking in the area).
